Mary Balistreri believes that mindful, impactful conversations are critical to business and leadership. As a certified Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) Coach, she offers coaching and professional development services that focus on harnessing strengths to grow leaders and develop business. Mary’s approach is goal-driven. She develops actionable plans with measurable results to help individuals, teams, and organizations move past obstacles and create success.

Mary has more than 20 years of experience as an internal business development and leadership coach. She was the first director of business development at an AmLaw 200 firm where she helped to create industry teams, client service teams, a target marketing program, associate and new partner training in marketing and business development, and an internal coaching program.

Earlier in her career, Mary was a journalist specializing in business-related stories, and owned a theater company. Her background in writing and running a business made marketing and business development a natural fit.
